You say you sell them on your vendor, does that mean you still get them? I've been trying to find out if they still spawn for a while now, but keep getting mixed answers.

Nay, I usually get them with package deals I buy then transfer them to Lake Austin. As far as I know they still spawn in the Wrong dungeon area (shrugs) But I to have heard different stories.
