Originally yes, but it is one of the items that has been dupped or one of the more frequent items sold on the dupped vendors before the ban. Better estimate would be 50 or so around.

what it recently sold at and what its actualy worth are 2 completely different things.
30-50m is the reasonable price range, and i actualy know of one for sale at 40m =/ but i consider that to be top dollar IMO

Most of the more recent ones have sold for closer to 100m.
