[Price Check] Price check on old house deeds (that you could place)

I have two "Deed To A Wooden House" and one "Deed To A Field Stone House" on Lake Superior.

These are NOT mini houses...they are the original house deeds from the old days.

I would also like to know if they will still turn to dust if I lock them down??

You can lock them down just fine, just don't keep them in your backpack or bank.

As for value, that depends on the shard and the house type.

I wouldn't accept less than 3m each myself, but I really like those things.

As mentioned don't keep them in your pack or bank. Because when sever goes down and then comes back up in the morn your deed will be gone to be replaced with a house placement tool. I learned that the hard way.
