i got this out of the event thread,
has the price changed any or do these things normally stay the same?

They usually go up, as the first prices recorded are often put down immediately after the event, and sometimes are never updated. Definitely look for a more recent evaluation before considering selling it.

It was traded for another item and not gold. They just agreed that the trade was worth 265M.

Whats the price range if it takes commands? Just wonderin? i dunno if it does yet or not.

This is not an artifact or a weapon with price ranges. It is a very rare item that goes for sale maybe a handful of times in the entire UO lifecycle. As such it cannot have a price range. If you are buying then you have to decide what it is worth to you and if you are selling you should just do an auction.
