They used to range between 7-15Plat, but are apparently broke and no longer work . If you are planning to sell this should be tested and disclosed first, as I'm afraid it will negatively affect the price...

Incorrect, they work just fine. Mine still works and if you want a public one all you have to do is put it on an auction safe and have steps around it.

as far as i knew, only the house owner can use them now, but if what your saying is true, then with inflation i could say 8-20 plat

They are completely accessible to the public doing it the auction safe way and making the safe public. The one in Ter Mur still works right now.

They were 10-15p 2 years ago before the boom, personally would appraise these 15-20p now if you can find a seller.
