Its a sheild called Sheild of Recognition im not sure if its worth anything or where it came from hehe.

I believe it's the shield you received if you don't fully complete the Humility Cloak quest? could be mistaken

You recieve the shield when you take the reward offered to you for 'completing' the Humility quest. (Instead of refusing and getting the cloak) As for a price, I have no idea on that one

Value is around 400-600, pretty similar to the cloak, slightly less.
