Splintering Waki's are pointless. Waki has only one useful special, the frenzied. There is no reason to have splinter on a frenzie weapon. It adds no value. The effects do not stack.

No but don't wakis have a bit if delayed damage as well..has anyone tested if the damage ticks stack? Might be useful in that aspect.."for extra fizzles"

Frenzied does have DOT. It is more of an area affect, with in a couple of tiles of your character. It is very quick, the delay between ticks is almost nonexistent. The bleed doesn't offer any value from an immediate perspective.

The bleed dmg and the AOE from frenzied do stack. The only disrupt benefit would be because bleed lasts longer than the frenzied AOE DOT.

It might be a "decent" addition if it were say 20+ splinter high fireball proc on a DS/Swords for disarm/2-3xFrenzied/DS/switch to nerve if stands still
