Not sure. I just felt it was super good for Parry Wrestle Mage or to go along with a Splinter and/DP Mage.
and in my opinion, along with a few others, I would value this at 1 bil easy-Being no one wants to throw a legit price check my way. I may have to just build a suit with it, *shrug*.

I've been building suits and buying gear for much of the last 6 months on a consistent basis. You can try to up sale the item all you'd like, I know what I've paid for similar items plus and minus skills and stats. Had that had dci on it, we'd be having an entirely different conversation.
I'd take that 400m and run Forsaken. Only a few others will pay this high for that IMO.
On another note, I knew I should not have posted on this thread as I knew it would only cause me a headache. This is why I stopped posting on HOT boards. There are people that will try to screw you and troll you simply because you're better than them. Goodluck on the sale Forsaken, like I said turn it into an auction and maybe you'll get someone who really wants to pay that price for it.

This is what is crazy to me about the UO economy. I posted a bracelet a while back and could not get any bids more than 50million
My piece had an additional +5% HCI, as well as +20% Lower Reg. I figured the DCI was not needed bc any parry mage with the 15/20 DCI on shield easily hits the 45 Cap even without jewels. I figured to get a pretty penny.
There was also a post in August with a jewel that not a single person bid the minimum 400m reserve. The same guy posted the ring 1 month later, and it sold for 1.8b. The funniest part was the guy who paid 1.8b bought a jewel in the previous auction back in August. So the 400m reserve was too much for everyone, but then it gets bought a month later in Sept for 1.8b?!
Nothing makes any sense with UO PvP jewels.
My jewel did not have the 20 eval, 10 dex,, 8 int, and 4 mana though. I guess the 22 starts and 20 skill points is worth the 700m+ difference for those extra mods. Jewels really have become so difficult to price.
@Forsaken, Great Find! You never responded to my msg, so I was able to find my missing piece. I think you will get 1+ Plat for this like you are asking. Are you planning to turn this into an auction? If so, I can ICQ a couple people who do not use stratics often with the link that I think may be very interested!!

@Happy Meal - No offense on your bracelet, as it does have 5 more HCI which is GREAT; but how can people over look 26 STATS and 4 MI AND +20 Eval Int??? That is what IMO, adds so much value.
Like I said, great Parry Wrestle Mage or DP-Splinter Mage bracelet. I understand the market does its thing and changes a lot, but this is a damn nice piece for looks and to make a great suit!

Oh yeah yours is by far better, no comparison there. If you look above, I stated you should be able to get 1 plat+ easily if you find the right buyer. The comparison I was making was just on prices for jewels. I saw people trying to low ball this piece almost immediately, and defend their bids. I was just talking about the inconsistency in the PvP jewels. I personally think your bracelet is a 1+ plat. Even if others do not, I have learned a jewel is worth exactly what only ONE person will pay for it. If twenty people think it is worth 100 million, and one guy thinks it is worth 2 plat.... well then it is worth the 2 plat providing it sells. I thought as soon as I posted my bracelet, I'd have offers for like 200m or 300m. I did not, and I was a little shocked. This is why I was comparing the stats. By no means did I think my jewel was on the same level as this elite bracelet, just wondering how much are the extra stats and skill worth? 200m? 500m? I guess the answer is whatever someone will pay for it.
Here is an example. Check out this link. It is a post for someone selling jewels. The first post is dated August 21st. The reserve on Ring #2 is 400 million. IT DOES NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE BID.
Selling Jewelry - 2 Rings for sale.
The seller decides to repost the ring on September 8th. So he waited not even 20 days before reposting it. Now the ring sells for 1.8 plat! The buyer also bought a jewel in the first auction where he ignored the piece. So the piece that was not worth 400m to everyone and then it was suddenly worth about 1.8 plat to multiple people?!

The point I was trying to make is that UO PvP jewels have zero consistency. Many other items in the game fluctuate, but nothing like the PvP jewels. Your jewel is worth whatever 1 person is willing to pay, so stick to your guns if you have knowledge on it. If I was staying in game, I would def be interested in this piece close to 1 plat. (And there are many more people who are richer than me in UO,
)
I was hoping to see it in auction as I think it would fetch more than you were hoping for. Many people are lazy and wait for last second bids to get the best price, and another bidder can also show them confidence that the piece IS in fact worth what they also think
