Power Scrolls

Can anyone please let me know if there is a way of getting power scrolls from the Tram facet? I also have read somewhere that there are now books which allow you to combine scrolls?

there is no way of getting power scrolls in tram, and yes they are called scroll binders but they look like red deeds that u can combine lower end power scrolls into a higher end one

8 105 scrolls = 1 110 scroll
12 110 scrolls = 1 115 scroll
10 115 scrolls = 1 120 scroll
