Depends on if you are talking about the 2004 Christmas gift decorative topiary potted trees or the OLD ones that came in deed form and you got a random potted plant from them, the tree being #1 in the images below. 1.2M EACH is pretty steep though, 500K is what I have paid for them myself.

THe bottom onoes are the ones im talking about, ive been selling the small plants for 800k and 2 years ago the trees were selling for one mill, was kinda hoping they had gone up since then

Well...with the amount of IDOCs and rare collections/old accounts being sold off & their contents dumped on Siege in the last year, I don't think prices have gone up. I don't see many people real interested in deco these days posting for buy/sell of these items like I used to, but maybe there is still a good vendor trade for these types of items in game. I haven't actively played for 6 months myself, so I am not up on in game vendor activity other than what I read here.
I can definitely see them becoming a lot more scarce/valuable if people who don't care about deco start putting them in the trash post IDOC, as they find them and they are removed from the system permanently.

Restocked with potted plants and trees , get em while theyre there. They are selling fairly well
