This would also work for mining like the UO Assist macro for target relative.

But i cannot figure out how to target the water using the EC Client macro system.

Any help owuld be AWSOME TY

Target relative ( the first one, not mining) in UOA works for me but you have to target off the side rather then the back of the boat since it is moving. Also use slow forward instead of full speed.

Edit: Ack! EC .. put down that beer Amber

LMAO yes amber put down that beer and grab a shot of makers mark

TY for trying thow, ye in EC I have made all my macros for Serpeants, and the occasional Pirate since i Love the fel waters but still cannot figure out how to get the fishing macro to repeat 10 times casting to the water. I Gueass I could just use the last target one and not go slow forward.

Ill give that a shot.

Have you tried targetting the boat in the macro?

My Solution -

Here is what I have setup ATM

Fishing
One key to target the water of the east side
next key repeats fishing and last target 10 times

I can do this until i get the message for no fish biting
another macro moves me forward one space (repeated 10 times)

I also have two more macros
One to kill serpeants which arms the horselord enemy of one devine fury and consecrate which destroys the serpeant in two hits
another which arms a nice Pvp type bow and casts devine fury and consecrate to start defending my self.

Next few to add are the fighitn and defense macros and cutting fish steaks.

Would be AWSOME if i could figure out how to fish while going Slow Forward but alas this is working out nicely.

Mapper sorry i didnt try the boat I will try that in a sec, but I dont think it will work but ill let ya know.

I tried targeting the tiller man and the side of the boat you can open, also the hatch. I even placed a rune on the deck. Non of them were targetable:sad3:

The key to fishing within the Ec is legacy targeting mode. Once that is activated in your options, you can use old-style-macros:
building macro:
- drag fishing pole in first macro slot
- choose wait-for-target in the next slot
- target- last target
(- maybe include a delay, if you want to repeat this macro)
You can even include this sequence multiple times, if you want to fish more often than 10-times with one keypress from a single spot.
From what I know, target-relativ is unique to UOA.
Not to forget, that you need to target the water manually before your macro works and after killing a sea serpent.

The EC's natural handle for your problem would be 'target-by-resource'. It works great for lumberjacking, so-so for mining and is not (yet?) implemented for fishing. On the other side you can build up, a 'one step forward'-macro easily in teh EC and repeat that one 8-times. (Thought you would have to target the water manually after each moving.)

I have a macro set up to use the pole, then i just rest the mouse cursor over the relative spot i need, and click each time the cursor comes up. works great while moving slow forward, and gives me something to do while I'm fishing.
