The game is totally unplayable for me and most of my guildmates. Therefore we would like a full refund for all of our accounts.
And.. the post clearly states.. Post here "IF". You have no issues so you don't know what some of us have been going threw for the last 2 weeks, so until you do, how about keeping the smart remarks to yourself. You can't understand the fustration until you been threw it, and been ignored for 2+ weeks. Kthx!not

thats cause your an idiot, and don't realize that it is an intermittent problem that greatly effects some and partially effects many.not

Katlene, the two servers for the shards on the North American east coast (e.g., Legends, Atlantic, Lake Superior, Great Lakes, Chesapeake, Catskills, and Siege Perilous) and I believe possibly also the server that handles the Europa and Drachenfels shards have had horribly slow response time and a pretty fair amount of packet loss for many people who normally play on these shards. For me, situated in the western part of the United States, trying to play on any of the east coast shards is just about as bad as when I play on Oceania. The problem seems to have been going on now for well over a week.not

I'm happy for you that you found something to do that's making you feel like you're getting decent value from your subscription payment. Unfortunately, I think there are many folks who don't feel the same way because they want to be doing something in-game that they can't do because of the lag. I'm sure many are thinking about the fact that Monday is the day when certain activities from Publish 56 will end. Perhaps they haven't quite gotten their fill of those events.WoW people...

I'm a custumer. When I buy something that doesn't work I either can claim rework or get a refund. To me it makes no sense to tolerate any problem with the game. I love the game, sure, as anybody else and I help improving it contentwise. But this has nothing to do with the obligations of the game provider. He/it has to deliver a playable game which match modern standards.
We should not confuse legitimate complaints with whining.
