[Price Check] Possibly selling my rares for a good offer

I wish to know how much do people pay for these two items I have. I know Pampa DH payed a lot for a writ of lease and I'll gladly sell mine at that price. So if I get a good offer I'll sell my items.

1. A Writ of Lease (Hue ID 1281)
2. Lieutenant of the Origin Royal Guard (Hue ID 2963)

I see the origin guard sash on vendors for 20-30m from time to time. not sure on writ of lease but quite a few of them exist

Writ of lease will vary quite a bit depending on who is looking and what shard; Pampa paid a lot because one of his collections is a shard specific theme and it fit that. I've bought them from time to time off of vendors and in auctions for 10- 50m range.

Kolka bided 50mil for it and I want not 53 but 50 I think 50 is fair. It was an auction and items are going at low prices here on forum's auctions
