[Gardening] Poppies dust

It's the first time that i try to find poppies seeds. Is it true that only whisps have poppies seeds (the ones who give dust)? Or also Hiryu and Terathan warrior have that seeds?
I mean, poppies seeds can be found in all 3 monsters. But only the poppies seeds found in the wisps give the dust?

All new (thin) poppies give the poppy dust, but maybe wisps are the easiest in the group to hunt.
