As some of you might know, I run Dragonstorm. It is a small collection of vendors outside of SE Umbra that primarily deal in rares, rubble, veteran rewards, rare deco, etc. I have a strong clientele of both regular players and resellers including from other shards. I acquire 95% of my items from players and not IDOC, getting them myself. etc. I take my vendors seriously and maintain a 25+ page pricing guide which is updated continuously as the market ebbs and flows, seasons change, etc.

However, my question is targeted to everyday players which is why I am here. I'm hoping this reaches some of them.

Up until now, I have carried a few types of items I consider "staples" such as low-end veteran dye tubs, swamp tiles, heritage deeds etc. These are items frequently bought by customers. My prices on those items have been influenced by that and as such the price is slightly higher than they could be in order to make sure I always them available at a consistent price. Since I get stock from other players... in order to have a steady stream and supply of black dye tubs, I need to make sure the price I buy at encompasses more players rather than a lower price which might mean I might run out.

Example: Special dye tubs are currently priced at 65k. I could drop the price to about 50k, but it means I might run out of them and be out for an undetermined frame of time until I found someone selling lower than that at enough of a margin to counter vendor fees.

So I want to know which would be more appealing to my customers... an thus I present the poll.

If you have any feedback regarding the shop... regardless of whether it is related to this topic or whether it is positive or negative... I welcome all of it and take it all to heart. If your feedback is negative, please include some constructive way you would prefer your complaint solved. I may not be able to make everyone happy, but I do listen and try to make the majority of my customers happy.

Thank you for taking the time to answer the poll and give me any feedback you have. :grouphug:
