That is a tinker made item. It requires that the tinker obtain the recipie from heartwood and the necessary ingredients only a GM tinker can make them and then they only have a 50% chance. If you need more help, you know how to find me.

Damage Increase is capped at 100% per a FoF. What I'd like to know is how that works with slayer double damage. In other words can you do 200% damage with vairous items properties stacking and using a slayer weapon?
