Plants not growing

I play on Pacific and today is the third day this week that my plants have not gone through their growth cycle. This consists of 10 raised garden beds and 2 plants which were planted separately in plant bowls. Also, my fish tanks are not updating as they should.

Please correct me if I am wrong but aren't plants supposed to go through their growth checks after daily server maintenance? I have been waiting for my plants to mature fully because I want to move my garden beds but the time keeps getting pushed back farther and farther. What is happening and can I do anything about it?
