For the last several days I have logged on and my plants haven't aged they still need no water or food and likewise are not giving up resources or seeds. Whats going on?

Plants won't age
Since last patch, seems plants are stuck. They are not going onto the next growth cycle. I've tried moving them from one area, to another, giving them more potions, but atm, they are not requiring any care, but can't get resources from them either.
So this morning I tried putting out new ones, in hopes...
