As of now we do not have a clear idea on how the Pirate/Fleet Wars will be conducted but there is a growing interest. Once we have all the information the Void Core will make its decision.
SKS Guild/Vessels
After consulting with Vice Admiral Shelra we have decided the SKS guild will not enter into any guild to guild wars in Trammel or Felucca but will continue in the RP aspect. This decision was reached after weighing the pros and cons of entering into a guild war and the cons outweighed the pros. Felucca battles are still on the table since there would be no need for guild vs guild to damage vessels.

The SKS does not function as a single guild, players can join by simply writing in their profile they are a member or by joining one of the ship crews. The guild is setup and primarily focused on the EM Crabbing Tournament, with most of its members being fishermen characters. If we were to go to war in trammel players would have to leave the guild and its not worth losing members.
SKS Vessels are owned by multiple players spanning multiple guilds, for the actual fleet to go to war in Trammel over six guilds would have to declare war, leaving its members who are not participating at risk.
