Piers are decorative lock downs. Found as a drop from the Lord Oaks Champion Spawn, the item is a pier surrounded by water.

Aye the water moves around the wood. It's a cool effect. It's not an easy item to get since Oaks can be such a PITA and it's a rare drop, but if you do it enough you'll get one eventually. Maybe.
I don't know if you can get the deco items in Trammel (Ilsh) can you? That might be a few degrees easier (except for the paragons).

You can get all Replicas/drops appropriate to the certain spawns that also show up in Ilshenar, but there is a reason its ~40m. Like Flutter said, doing Oaks is a PITA, and the drop rates are so low.

Well I want one to look at in my house so who has one for 40 mil ? Tried doin some Oaks but I am too lame to be able to solo it.
