Petition for new shard, vote yes to the old ways!

That is how i feel when play in tram on Atlantic shard.
I voted "maybe" and for good reasons for me.
I would love to start anew on a brand new shard where everyone would need to start from scratch at the same one level.
But ONLY if :
1) - Transfers to and from the new shard were not allowed.
2) - All cheats were dealt with and no longer it was possible to dupe, hack and script in the game.
Otherwise, if those conditions could not be met before making the new shard, I see it pointless to play on a new shard only to find the same problems that existing shards have.
