Hello there,

I was hunting in Ilshenar when I saw a really nice greater dragon. Always up for a challenge, I tried to tame it solo, which I eventually managed to do...

So far so good...

Problem is: during the taming session, it's spellcasting and what not, something I reckon happened and his stamina and dexterity are out of whack...

Am currently training it up a bit, and its stamina is 59, while its dexterity is 66. How can I make this go away? My first attempt was to try and ask a GM if he could reset it, but he told me to write up a detailed post and send it to their Q&A, as "it requires further investigation"...

This isn't the first time it has happened to me, but in the past it was either a fresh tame which I wasn't planning on keeping, so I killed them off. This dragon, however, I want to keep him!...

Desperate for ideas, if you have em, please let me know!

That happens...I've seen a written reason for that, but I can't remember atm. I have a greater with 125 dex and only 119 stam. He still rocks in the role I use him. If the drag you tamed can't do what you want (due to lack of stam), keep looking for another. At the moment use that drag and keep looking for a better one.

I believe it has something to do with being blessed when it was tamed, and once it happens there is no way to fix it.

There is no way to fix that delta between stamina and dexterity, it is just broke. There is nothing a GM can do about it.

It happened to one of my dragons. It is not really noticeable, unless you are hunting next to another's unbroken dragon (then you can see the difference in the swings). You can get around it though. If you have decent Eval Int, use bless to raise it's dex (or let the dragon bless itself). This will raise it's stamina over 120, so it will swing as fast as an unbroken dragon. The next swing delay increment occurs at 150, which is not achievable by a greater dragon (not even a blessed, unbroken dragon can).

You can always get another dragon.

I do bless him when needed. As I said, he still serves as a great tank.
