Perfection buff icon gone

I remember, that there was once a perfection buff, which sowed you the actual value in percent. Currenttly I'm missing this icon. Has this been removed?

Also the only message I get is the "lost all perfection". The "lost some" and "gained"-messeages seem to be gone too...

this buff is now managed client side, it just appears when you honor something and have a different image.
obviously you need the latest UI version...

After starting the patcher, it downloaded a few things.
Now it's back!
