A "perfect" mage bracelet would have +45 (or more, mage skills), 20 dci, 35 epi, 18 sdi, 1/4 casting, among many other things. Bracelets like these are very, very common and is worth no more than 5m (and honestly, that's too much). It isn't even a legendary.
