I believe that the bleed and splinter are projected as physical damage regardless of weapon damage type. However the melee attacks from the weapon itself will of course not be physical.

But, the bleed or splinter don't get reflected as far as im aware? Only the physical ''Hit'' at the time if you know what I mean?

Splintering bleed, and normal bleeds don't get reflected with RPD, nor do spells which deal physical damage mysticism - Bombard for instance.
