Percolem's Hunter Quests

So as I understand it, his quests are broken up into three tiers. The way it seems, I complete three quests and it progresses to the next tier. When I get to the last tier does it reset and start back at tier 1?

Once you open each tier, they stay open, it just adds those quests into the random rotation.

So starting out, you only get Tier 1, then when you open Tier 2 you'll get either a Tier 1 or Tier 2, then with Tier 3, you get Tier 1, 2, or 3 at random when you double click Percolem.

keep double clicking him without closing the quest gump. he will keep giving you different quests. do that until the quest you want.
(this is the same for all quest givers - you dont have to close the gump to get a different quest)
