PC: Tinkering quest rare recipes

Would like a PC on the rare recipes...

- Essence of Battle
- Resilient Bracer
- Pendant of the Magi
- Scrappers Compendium

I am on Europa. Thanks in advance...

I've seen them all priced between 500k and a mil, except for the scrappers one which is slightly more expensive (bought one for 1.3 a while ago, seems to sell around 1.5 usualy).

Is the Pendant of the Magi recipe more desirable than the Resilient Bracer / Essence of Battle recipe? I.e. Resilient Bracer / Essence of Battle: 500k, Pendant of the Magi: 1m, Scrappers Compendium: 1.5m?

Or am I way off?
