First : It's part of a marble table that was not locked down by GMs when it was placed years ago. 1 stone and insured.

Second : Is Unknow Contrat ? With the same color of a Repair Deed contrat.

the last full marble table I know of went for about 90m, so about 30m per piece, but they generally range about 20-30m.

A 3 part marble table was sold on Europa through UO-auction last week for about 110-120m i think. (Last bid i saw was 110; about 2 days before the end of the auction)

Ah that was the one I was thinking of, but I didn't check the auction in the last day or so, but it was at about 94m when I had last looked, thanks Gwen.

Maybe a tid more.

But this part in the image isn't the most viable one (in my opinion), seeing as it's harder to fit into a deco. And I think people would pay more for a full set, seeing as collecting a full set is extremely hard, if you just buy lose pieces.
Anyway, 30'ish is indeed accurate I think.

regarding the unknown repair contract, i also have 2.
the both havent said anything, no name nor weight, before recent patch.
obviously they are bugged contract deed, so there could be many of these in big guild or in repair vendor owners house.
but i havent seen one so often as white unknown deed. guess its very old one or available in a short period between patches.
id say 1m to 2m generally.

There are other deeds in game labeled "unknown" which were formerly labeled "Deed" until a patch several months past, they sell for about 200k, but are incredibly difficult to sell as theyve become more and more wide spread, I wouldn't expect this one to sell for significantly more.

pls read my post again. i think you are talking about the one i mentioned as "white unknown deed."
just because the rarity seems higher than white one, i said 1-2m.
how much higher? i dont know.

I still wouldn't value it significantly more though as there's no real desirability to either item, but to each their own.
