[Price Check] PC on the Big Forge Deeds

Fairly certain all new deeds say Large Forge instead of Big. I have them in both directions in case either is rarer. Just looking for desirability and price on these deeds, thx. Will be selling so if interested let me know


(And yes I know if they get placed the name will change to large)
