PC on Some Armor Peices

I know not quite rares, but I have noticed, that rare dealers/collectors tend to have a good idea of going values of about everything on market usually. Just looking for some replys. See what I might be able to get out of them.

Gorget - 1 MR, 19 LRC, 14/10/8/16/17
Gorget - 7 LMC, 5 HPI, 6/8/7/18/21
Sleeves - 6 LMC 3 HPI 5/20/7/13/25
Sleeves - MR 2, LRC 19, 5/9/7/23/16
Sleeves - LMC 7, LRC 16, 22/21/8/7/7
Sleeves - MR 2, LRC 20, 5/10/13/7/8

1. Gorget - 1 MR, 19 LRC, 14/10/8/16/17 - around 100k, maybe 200k max

2. Gorget - 7 LMC, 5 HPI, 6/8/7/18/21 - 200k-400k

LRC gorgets tend not to be in high demand, bc most people use pom instead

3. Sleeves - 6 LMC 3 HPI 5/20/7/13/25 - 500k

4. Sleeves - MR 2, LRC 19, 5/9/7/23/16 - 1m-2m

5. Sleeves - LMC 7, LRC 16, 22/21/8/7/7 500k-1m

6. Sleeves - MR 2, LRC 20, 5/10/13/7/8 - 1m

Most armor that is truly worth money has a combination of these mods, lmc, mr2, lrc, hpi, and mana inc. For a piece to be worth alot of money it has to have those mods in a specific combination such as...

mr2 lrc
mr2 lmc
mr2 lmc lrc
mr2 mana inc
mr2 hpi
mr2 hpi mana inc
etc

The key is generally the mana regen with another casting based mod, or a stat inc mod.
