Rarity is difficult to judge...desirability I would say would be good to high. What shard are you on?

Didn't the the dock area become indestructible after several shards made access to magincia via Trinsic impossible?

That is what I believe...I know that GL did not blow up.

the op could probably get a better idea of rarity by visiting each shard tram/fel and checking to see if the docks are still there the make an estimate for spawn based on how many shards blew theirs up.

@ OP:

This stuff is gonna be highly vaulable, don't let people decieve you! I dont think any other docks were blown up (could be wrong!). So sit on this and dont accept any offers without seeing what you can get!

so as I suggested already they should go check each shard.

but lets remember this is only deco, and its not some omg out of this world grapihc or color.
