I sold a verite hat several months past for 10m, and recently acquired a verite bandanna for 6m.

a note as well, if it is an exceptional item it can be dyed with tokuno pigment.

yes it is an exceptional item and also has resist bonuses. Physical 5% Fire 9% Cold 12% Poison 9% and Energy 7%

the resists will have no impact on its worth.

the fact that it is labeled "verite ____" is what makes it rare, and b/c it is considered an object made of ore/ingots which is exceptional it can be dyed, I don't know that non-exceptional items would not be dyable but I believe it would not be possible.
