Does anyone have any idea what a double mod Scrapper's with both +10 Magery and +10 Eval on it would run?

I'd say try $1,000,000. Might not be worth as much to someone without a very tight template.

Not to stray from the subject, but is there any information anywhere for how rare it is to get a 20+ skill Scrapper's? Is more than 20 skill possible? Just wondering since I can't recall.

I have a double elemental one but it's a regular, not a Scrapper's.

You can get a triple mod scrapper's as long as the mods that are placed on the book aren't what the scrapper's already has.

The book is really just worth 3-10 mil depending on shard IMO.
