PC/info on Gold House add-on deed and a few other items.

Found these on a vendor so I was wondering if they are worth anything. The add-on deed is for a hardwood table if i remember correctly and the sleeves has the title "Exceptional Spined Sleeves" ....Exceptional... also this on on ATL shard

EDIT* also a small urn that has the container stat but isn't a container and a "Book of Truth"

The deed is probably crafted with oak.
The sleeves are not uncommon... would need to read, for example, 'A leather sleeves of exceptional quality.'
Small urn 2-3k on many shards, container seems to make no difference.
Book, maybe 20k. Lot out there.
