PC and where does Hydra scale come from?

I think hydra scales look good and wonder what the going price is and where the scales come from?

do not know the price (prolly pretty low) but they come from the Hydros from one of the ML dungeons.

No... Hydra scales come from hydra (no, not crystal hydra)... hydra live in the rotten tree (aka Blighted Grove).
