The Auction House is a 0% Charge To Submit items. So why go anywhere else?
VIP- Seating is available. The cost is 25k and you may run a tab with the auction house. Meaning you dont have to keep running to the bank every time you win.
Lotto- Cheaper lotto with good gold prizes.
Advertisement Books- Place an ad in the book for 10,000 gold and a rune locked down on the rune table. (Ad & Rune Last for Two Auctions) Yes other auction houses may place an ad. Books will be red leafed.

Invite people to guild events, Hunting parties, Vendor Malls, guild recruiting and Auctions. Or take out a really expensive add to say how Great you are! (Gwydion you may only have one ad for that!!!)
Also Your Ad will appear in the PaxOku Word.
Vendor Renting- You may rent a vendor inside of the auction house for 5,000 gold. Your vendor will only be rented for the auction. Failure to take the vendor down after two days will result in you never being able to rent a vendor on the auction floor.
