patch pvp attack?

reading up on the new patch
I read there is a macro to open the gump to add party member requests.

what if a guy was hidden and constant requesting a foe with this gump while his buddy does the attacking?
sounds like a cluster attack!

Then the victim just doesn't type /accept?

I'm assuming the gump is on the part of the inviter, not the invitee.
