Patch Notes not updated to Pub. 73

I agree, very annoying to see patch notes two or three patches behind.

At the very least, they should have a single line link to UOHerald with the latest patch information, rather than trying to put all patch notes on the login screen, where it is difficult to read in a tiny window.

For example:

Publish 73.0 is Live - Beware of Turkeys 17 Nov 2011

Publish 73.0 Comes to All Shards - 11/17 15 Nov 2011

Shard of The Dead Ends Today 7 Nov 2011

Publish 73 Comes to Origin 1 Nov 2011

Limited Services For All Shards During Maintenance - 10/19 18 Nov 2011

That change should take all of one minute or less to add for each notice.
