Does anyone know what you need to do to add the password protection to your UO Accounts? I know it's been mentioned a while back, but with all the recent phishing emails for other online games, I've decided that it would be prudent to add an extra layer of protection.
For those that are unaware, this is a password you would have to give the EA Cust Service rep before they could give out any info, so if someone gains access to your computer and gathers your account name, CC info, and then tries to call EA CS to request a password change on your game account, they would first have to give this password. I looked on the account management screens and couldn't find it, so do you actually have to call EA?
