Parry question

On a dexer, if I run a 1 handed weapon, how big is the diff in my parry/defense chance between these two:

100 parry/55 bush

100 parry/120 bush

i used 80 dex for the following stats

100 Parry/ 55 Bush - 17% chance to parry one hander
100 Parry/ 120 Bush - 30% chance to parry one hander
