Ok I am running 120 EVal + GM anatomy... and 120 Parry...

I am human and I am trying to figure out if I am getting a penalty from the 20 Bushido from Jack Of Alll Trades???

Not sure on that but you need at least 80 dex in order for parry to be effective to it's fullest.

no you wont get the penalty,
it was in a FoF couple of months ago
