[Fake Problems]

Taking offers on this multicolored parrot that dropped on Sonoma. Willow stated 100 were placed on the monster, however many were complaining of missed drops after the event. The true number of parrots dropped is currently unknown.

This pet is "gray" in the backpack which can prove that it's the item, and once deeded on a perch it looks like the attached picture. EM Willow stated "This is the first pet parrot to ever look like this in the history of Ultima Online on any shard." It's a radical multi-color color.

EDIT - Seems the price has coalesced overnight into about 200m average value for this little guy, so I'll sell him to the first 200m offer.

Item is on Sonoma, gold accepted on Atlantic.

The EM said they asked for 100. There were quite a few people there, so I would say there are about 30-40 that actually made it into players hands atleast. I know my vent had atleast 10 itself.

Did you stick around after the event and hang out at Serp's? There was quite a lot of complaining from people who didn't get drops, and a similar post in the other thread about this parrot. I'm not trying to hide or otherwise obstruficate how many of these dropped, just because the EM requested 100 does not mean 100 dropped, as the max a character can receive is 1, and may did not get looting rights. Therefore, there is no true record of how many dropped.

Theres no bug, that's just how everyone drops work. Some people who didnt manage to qualify don't get them. Of course there aren't 100, but realistically you are looking at around 30-40.

I'm not sure, someone was saying once you place the guy down it becomes difficult to tell that he's the real deal if you axe him, so I haven't tried as of yet or confirmed that.

Regardless the OP can sell it for whatever price they want. Should the facts be straightened out in reference to rarity, yes, but no one should be telling them what they can and cannot be selling their items for.

I deleted my post because the OP changed his OP. Good Lord Aiden what is your problem? All I was trying to do was explain that the drop numbers weren't how they sounded in the original post. If someone is trying to claim there are less items than what is announced by the EM that's usually a pretty good sign that someone is doing something fishy. Since the EM has now posted the amount dropped per Mesanna there is no question and my post was no longer relevant so I deleted it so I wouldn't adversely affect Fake Problem's sale.

That's true Flutter, however in the future a constructive post to detail my error would have been much more appreciated than a comment immediately jumping the gun to assume I was being "fishy". Comments like that can have a negative impact on a persons reputation, especially when it was an innocent mistake. I suppose if I had been saying "Only three dropped!" that'd be cause for alarm.

Promithia posted, I explained I thought there was a bug with the drops due to my inexperience with "Everyone drops" drops, found out there was no such bug, and corrected my post, all in the span of a few minutes. Besides that, I never quoted a false number, I just said it's possible there may be very few of these in existence, which is relatively speaking - correct.
