Pads of the Cu Sidhe

Aside from buying them where may they be found in game?
I've searched the Stratics items lists and can't locate how to obtain them.

They're a paragon artifact. I don't think you're restricted to ML dungeons for obtaining them, anywhere in Ilshenar should do.

Something I forgot to mention, you don't need pads to own the cu sidhe, just to ride it. So if you can't get pads before you get a pup, you should be able to take ownership, it just can't be ridden without pads or you being an elf

Also note that if your human and are wearing them, you still can't tame a Cu Sidhe.

First off; Thanks to everyone who has responded. I've learned a lot.Now one more question on these, for now...

Do the Pads allow non-tamers to have/ride a Cu?
IE: Could a Bard have/ride a Cu while wearing these?
(Something like Bushido allowing a Samurai to have/ride a Lesser)

Nope, only tamers with the required skill can own CU's.

I tried to get one transfered to my human tamer.... It gave me a message stating that I needed to have the ML expansion to even have it transfered.

Yep, that'll be one of the daft "you must buy ML" features... aside from that you'll get a cu transferred fine as long as your taming is at the correct level.
