I'm just curious on pricing.

I have:

2 Orange
4 Red
4 Green

That luna vendor on LS is very well known for overpricing the stuff, so probably he pay about 15-25m for the perfect feather.

And it has been on that vendor for a very long time.

20 of any EM item these days commands well above 15-20 mil. These feathers can't be dyed and only 20 of each color exist. Best place to get a price check is to look at this season and last season items where 20 or so of that item existed and see what they roughly sold at.
