daylight savings only effect would be to push the server down time back by a hour one would imagine, no?

yes but its late.. most clocks set back at 2am.. mine did..
it went down about 3:10 am new time..

UO Server saves have always lagged about a week on the reset to DST changes. It seems to be a manual time/reset and changes during the following week without notice. So watch the time for the next few days, and pretend you clock hasn't changed until the servers do.

Thing is we'd still be about an hour away from the normal downtime if it hasn't reset.
