It might have been around 6-7 days when I first tried to purchase the code from them.
I tried again today and I've been re-subbed now 9 days, but I think I'll leave it a few more days maybe another week before I try to order again just incase thats the issue.
If that still does'nt work then I'll try again to ring them up, but as I said before I've tried ringing them at different times of the day and all times have been between 3 and 7 my time [gmt] and all I've got is 'all lines are closed' unless I'm ringing the wrong number.
