Orc Dungeon Guardians?

Did I miss something, or is this new? On Pac, the Orc dungeon now has a green slimy, unknown substance on the floors of the dungeon and there are TONS of Lime green Orc (guardians). Lots of Orc Brutes and all the others too are now guardians.
