Open corpse / next corpse action gone?

I just did a fresh install of UO and the UI and those actions are gone from the action menu.

Sooo how did I have them on my old install? There was a open corpse and open next corpse that I had on my hot bar. I only have the EC and your UI. They had a skull and crossbones icon.
