I have been asked recently why some people have trouble buying items from the online resources available. I also had several problems with buying codes and items from the ea store. First to buy from a ea site any item, you must log on as a active uo account. ea makes all purchasers on the site log in, it keeps people from buying ea items and then cancelling payment to them and keeping item. If anyone receives a item and cancels payment they have on file who you are active in game and suspend your acct. So for all of you who do not want to log in , will not get to purchase from a ea site. secondlt there is times whne the log in server is unavailable and that will affect your ability to log in. so in brief there is 2 main reseasons why someone could no purchase on said site. first, they refuse to log in, or second the log in servers are down meaning try later to log into ea site to make your purchase. I have had the second happen lots especcially near a expansion release deadline(server is packed with others making purchases). there was one thing I did not mention and that is you can not make to many purchases from uo store in a weeks time its also there way of cutting down on illegitimate sells. but thats a diferent message all together when you log in(or attempt too). hopefully these words will help you to understand what is going on.
