The house’s “moving crate”. Poor design of the custom house system.
When changing your house around, you will have things appear in the moving crate that you don’t wish moved. OR you can put up some temp walls to move every container in the moving crate to actually help you MOVE. There is no option.
Vendor Mall Ownership… rentals. Vendors fall all the time. If they are forgotten about, run out of money, the player quits or has an extended holiday… we get bags of vendor goods and outfits stacked in the house vendor crate. Sometimes they have checks, sometimes not… sometimes the checks fall in the main box from uncollected rent. The BIG problem is you can't SORT these old vendor packs because you can't MOVE THEM!
You have to take them out… and cloud up a more stationary storage container.
As a rule I like to give people around 3 months to come forward to collect their goods after the vendor falls. Otherwise I throw the bags off to decay. I really hate doing it. What would also help is if these old vendor bags had vendor names and dates they fell on them… but that would be asking too much, I’m sure. I would be totally happy being able to move them, within the crate, so I can find the ones hidden under others.
So many issues need to be fixed in game… this one will surely never happen.
I mean… I can't stress enough to renters… always make sure you have no less then 30 days vendor fees as a rule. But always check your vendor, every week, like religiously… to ensure all is well. We all screw up from time to time, no matter what level of experience.
